High-Bay Forklift Operator (UDT), Polkowice: Up to 18 m, PLN 30.50 Net

A footwear warehouse in Polkowice. The work is on a high-bay forklift that lifts the operator up to 18 metres to place and move goods at height.

The coordinators speak Russian and Ukrainian, the company helps with the residence card and voivodeship permit, and the advance comes after a week.

Main duties

• work on a high-bay forklift: raising the operator up to 18 metres;
• place goods precisely on racking at height;
• sort and prepare goods for dispatch;
• watch safety and the correct handling of warehouse operations.

Pay

• PLN 30.50 net per hour — the standard rate;
• PLN 35.50 net for students under 26 (up to PLN 8,500 a month);
• +PLN 1.50 an hour if you live in your own housing;
• an advance after a week.

Work schedule

• 5 days a week;
• 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00;
• 160–180 hours a month.

Candidate requirements

• legal stay in Poland;
• experience and a UDT licence.

Employment

Employment under an umowa zlecenie.

• health insurance (NFZ);
• help with the residence card (karta pobytu) and voivodeship permit (type A);
• coordinator support.

Housing

Company housing: 3–4 people to a room, PLN 550 a month. If you live in your own place, +PLN 1.50 for every hour worked.
