Job description:
A Christmas decorations factory in Krapkowice. Six days a week, eleven hours a day, no nights, and extra hours when orders are high. Men, women and couples up to 55.
Main duties
- making and finishing Christmas decorations;
- assembling decoration sets;
- quality checks;
- packing into boxes and preparing for dispatch.
Pay
- PLN 31.4 gross per hour;
- students under 26 get the same rate net.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- Monday to Saturday;
- 11 hours, 6:00 to 17:00, no nights;
- extra hours when there are many orders;
- breaks are unpaid: 40 minutes, 50 after ten hours.
Candidate requirements
- men, women and couples up to 55;
- experience not required;
- accuracy and patience for detailed work.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- private houses, 2–4 per room, couples get their own rooms;
- bathrooms either in rooms or shared on the floor.
Housing
Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 450 a month, deducted from your pay.
