Job description:
A car plant in Chrzanów makes front and rear lights for passenger cars. Employment contract, 168 guaranteed hours a month and extra pay for nights, overtime and weekends. There are no advances, which is worth knowing up front.
Main duties
- assembling car lights on the line;
- fitting parts and connections;
- checking quality and function;
- packing finished lights.
Pay
- PLN 5,036 gross a month;
- PLN 480 gross bonus for productivity and no absences;
- night shift +20%, overtime +50%, weekends and holidays +100%.
Pay by the 10th. The bonus is paid one payroll later, and there are no advances.
Work schedule
- three 8-hour shifts: 6–14, 14–22, 22–6;
- four brigades, 4/1 rotation;
- 168 hours a month guaranteed.
Candidate requirements

- no experience needed;
- attention to detail.
Employment
Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.

Housing
Company housing costs PLN 400 a month, taken from your salary.
