Job description:
Cable harness production in Starachowice. Men, women and couples up to 55. On top of the rate there is an attendance and output bonus, plus extras for working many hours.
Main duties
- assembling cable harnesses and wiring;
- crimping and fitting connectors;
- testing harnesses on test benches;
- packing finished products.
Pay
- PLN 22.36 net per hour without a PIT-2;
- PLN 24.5 net per hour with PIT-2;
- students under 26 with a certificate PLN 31.4;
- bonus of up to PLN 400 gross for attendance and output (after two full months);
- for those in provided housing: over 190 hours +PLN 0.5/h, over 250 hours a PLN 200 bonus, over 300 hours PLN 300.
Work schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8–12 hours;
- sometimes extra Saturday shifts.
Candidate requirements
- men, women and couples up to 55;
- no experience needed;
- manual dexterity.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP).
Housing
Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 400 a month, deducted from your pay.
