Branded Clothing Packer — Warehouse, Olsztyn (Ostrzeszewo)

A large class A logistics centre near Olsztyn, in the Ostrzeszewo area, is looking for people to pack clothing and accessories from global brands. The warehouse is modern and warm and the items are light, so the job suits women too. Men, women and couples are welcome; no experience needed.

Main duties

• packing clothing and accessories into branded boxes and bags;
• checking items: size, colour, intact labels;
• scanning items with a handheld scanner;
• preparing orders for dispatch;
• sorting returns from online shoppers.

Pay

• PLN 32.8 net per hour, about PLN 5,250 for 160 hours;
• overtime +50%, weekends and holidays +100%;
• monthly bonus of PLN 450–700.

Salary twice a month to your bank account.

Work schedule

• 5 days a week, Monday to Friday;
• Saturday optional, paid at a higher rate;
• 8 hours, two shifts (morning and day).

Candidate requirements

• no experience needed, training on site in the first days;
• attentiveness and accuracy;
• Polish is not required;
• readiness to work standing.

Employment

Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract).

• 26 days of paid leave a year;
• paid sick leave (L4);
• help with PRSES papers and the residence card;
• medical check-up and health and safety training (BHP);
• free work clothes and shoes.

Housing

Company housing costs PLN 350 a month, taken from your salary.
