Job description:
Auto parts production in Legnica. Base pay on an employment contract plus three monthly bonuses worth up to PLN 1,400 together. Men and women up to 55.
Main duties
- work on an auto parts line;
- operating machines;
- checking part quality;
- packing and labelling.
Pay
- on average PLN 4,811 gross a month;
- overtime +50%, nights and weekends +100%, night shift +20%;
- monthly bonuses: PLN 127 for no absences, PLN 610 for quality, PLN 660 for brigade work.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- 8-hour shift;
- three shifts: 6–14, 14–22, 22–6;
- brigade system.
Candidate requirements
- men and women up to 55;
- experience not required;
- attention to quality.
Employment
Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP).
Housing
PLN 550 a month for employer-provided housing, paid from your salary.
