Warehouse worker in Poznań

Job offer: Warehouse worker (Poznań, FRESH Gądki APT)

Location: ul. Firmowa , 62-023 Robakowo (18 km from Poznań).
Commute to work is self-organized (check route via Google Maps).

For: Men aged 18–45.

Citizenship: Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova.

Start date: after health and safety training (10.09.2025).

Salary:

• Over 26 years old – 24.57 PLN/h gross.

• Students under 26 – 30.50 PLN/h net.

• Salary can be increased up to 31.50 PLN/h.

• Housing allowance: +300 PLN/month.

Schedule:

• 5–6 days per week.

• 8–10 hours/day.

• 2 shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

• Possible overtime +2 hours.

• 168–200 hours/month.

• Break – 30 minutes.

Responsibilities:

• Order picking and packing.

• Operating scanner.

• Using electric pallet truck (training provided).
  The warehouse is divided into several zones with different assortments.

Accommodation: 400 PLN/month. Comfortable conditions.

Additional information:

• Health book (sanepid) required. If not available, can be done through the office – cost 150 PLN.

• Meal allowance – 10 PLN/day or vouchers.

• Employee card for free coffee in vending machines.

• Canteen with fridge and microwave.

• Warehouse temperature: +2…+6 °C.

• No driving license or certificates required.

• Basic Polish language knowledge required (to read scanner instructions).
