Warehouse Worker (Biedronka)

Rate: 30.50 PLN gross (24.57 PLN net).

Performance bonus:

• 100% efficiency – 31.00 PLN gross
• 150% – 41.50 PLN gross
• 200% – 62.00 PLN gross

Bonuses for Ukrainian and Moldovan citizens:

• 350 PLN after 1 month
• 450 PLN after 2 months
• 500 PLN after 3 months
• 400 PLN travel reimbursement (after 90 days)

Responsibilities:

• Operating the VOICE system (voice commands).
• Handling electric pallet trucks ("rochla").
• Order picking and palletizing goods.

Working conditions:
Temperature depends on the department (0°C – meat, +8°C – dairy, +12°C – vegetables, +20°C – dry warehouse).
New employees start in the dry warehouse.

Work schedule:

• Shift I: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-19:00
• Shift II: 14:00-22:00 / 19:00-07:00
• Shift III: 22:00-06:00
  Up to +4 overtime hours possible.
  15 min. paid + 15 min. unpaid break.

Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation – 300-400 PLN (hostel nearby).
Additional bonus: +2 PLN/hour if living independently (with 100% efficiency).

Meals: Free lunch (first and second course).

Additional information:
Training: Efficiency gradually increases over 4 weeks.
Polish sanitary book – 120 PLN.
Work shoes – 100 PLN.
"Rochla" training – 150 PLN (refunded after 3 months).
Contract signing in Warsaw.
