Job Description: Production Worker

About the Company:
One of the fastest-growing Polish companies specializing in the production of technical plastic parts using injection molding. The company handles the full process of precision part manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Gender: men and women
• Age: up to 50 years (good eyesight is essential!)
• Work experience: preferably at least 3 months as an operator
• Polish language proficiency: A2-B1
• Citizenship: Ukraine

Working Conditions & Salary:

• Contract type: Umowa Zlecenia
• Hourly rate:
  • 24.60 PLN net/hour
  • For youth under 26 years old – 30.50 PLN net/hour
• Bonuses: uznaniowa (awarded at the company’s discretion)
• Salary payment: by the 15th of each month
• Work schedule:
  • 4-shift system
  • 12-hour shifts: 06:00-18:00, 18:00-06:00 (2/2/2)
  • Break – 20 minutes
• Accommodation and Transport:
  • No accommodation or transport provided
  • Accessible via public transport
  • No additional housing allowance

Responsibilities:

• Working on the production line (standards depend on the assigned position)
• Assisting with operating production machines
• Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace

Additional Information:

• Training: provided during the first working days
• Meals: cafeteria with seating, a kitchen with a microwave, and vending machines (no provided meals)
• Workwear: provided free of charge (shoes, T-shirt, trousers, fleece jacket)
• Extras: locker room, showers, individual keys for each employee
