Operator of an Automated Production Line

Work Location: ul. Jagodne 5, 05-480 Karczew (30 km from Warsaw)
Company: Manufacturing of professional cable routing systems, cables, and wiring.

Requirements

• Gender: Male

• Age: Up to 50 years

• Work Experience: No experience required

• Polish Language Proficiency: Minimum A2 level

• Citizenship: Ukraine

Salary

• Contract Type: Umowa Zlecenie (contract of mandate)

• Rate:

  • 24.60 net/hour

  • For employees under 26 years old — 30.50 net/hour

• Night shift bonus — 20%

• Salary paid by the 15th of each month

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week

• 8-12 hours per shift (1-3 shifts depending on the department)

• Average working hours per month: 200-240

Accommodation

• The employer deducts 450 net for provided accommodation

• Option to live in own accommodation without additional charges

• The workplace is within walking distance (500 meters, approximately 10 minutes on foot)

Responsibilities

• Operating machines on the production line (bending presses, hydraulic presses, lasers, shot blasting machines, furnaces)

• Managing warehouse space

• Keeping machines and devices in proper technical condition and cleanliness

• Monitoring production process parameters

• Packing finished products according to instructions

Additional Information

• Work clothing is provided free of charge (T-shirt, trousers, comfortable work shoes)

• If the employee resigns before completing 3 months, 350 PLN will be deducted for the issued clothing

• If a jacket is also provided, the deducted amount may be higher

• The clothing remains with the employee
