Job description:
Metal Construction Welder
Location: Bydgoszcz
Requirements: Men up to 55 years old, work experience, ability to read technical drawings.
Documents: Visa or residence permit (for citizens of Belarus, Moldova, and Georgia).
Pay rate:
- 25.5 PLN/hour net
- 32.50 PLN/hour net for students (with a translated student certificate)
- After exceeding an annual income of 30,000 PLN gross: 24.5 PLN/hour net
Accommodation:
- 490 PLN/month (utilities)
- For students – 690 PLN/month
- Housing allowance – 230 PLN/month (for 160+ hours, no allowance for students)
Work schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 10-12 hours
- Possible Saturday work
- Single shift: 06:00-16:00 / 18:00
- Breaks every 4 hours
Responsibilities:
MIG-MAG 135
- Welding steel structures (e.g., truck trailer frames)
- Metal processing
TIG
- Welding aluminum and stainless steel
Additional information:
- Free workwear (if leaving before 2 months – 370 PLN deduction)
- Medical check-up – 180 PLN (deducted from salary)
