Job: Packer – Production Operator
Location: ul. Ryszarda Chomicza 13A, 55-080 Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
Company: Manufacturer of self-adhesive label paper and film
Requirements:
- Men up to 50 years old
- Polish language B1–B2 (reading, writing, job interview)
- Only Ukrainian citizens
Salary:
- 5800 PLN gross/month (first 6 months), 6175 PLN gross after the exam
- Additional payments: 800 PLN gross for a 4-shift system, +20% for night shifts, +50% for overtime, +100% for work on holidays
- Bonuses 300–400 PLN gross every 3 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 3 shifts (06:45-15:00 / 14:45-23:00 / 22:45-07:00)
- Possible overtime and weekend work
- Possible switch to a 4-shift system (12-hour shifts)
Accommodation:
- Free, utility costs – 450 PLN net
- Additional 300 PLN gross compensation for those renting their own place
- No company-provided transport
Responsibilities:
- Operating machines for producing film and paper
- Quality control and material testing
- Entering parameters into the system
- Cleaning machines and assisting with raw material loading
- Monitoring production processes and reporting malfunctions
