Position: Handyman monter on the production line

Requirements:

• Gender: Men, couples
• Age: Up to 50 years
• Work experience: No experience required
• Polish language: Not required
• We accept citizens of Ukraine, Belarus

Salary:

• Type of contract: Umowa Zlecenie
• Rate: 24.60 netto/hour. For youth under 26 – 30.50 netto/hour
• Salary is paid by the 15th of each month

Working schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours, in 1-2 shifts (05:30-13:30 / 13:30-21:30)
• Per month – from 180 to 200 hours
• Breaks: first – 20 minutes, two more – 5 minutes each

Accommodation:

• Provided free of charge, but utility costs – 450 PLN netto.
• Additional charge for own accommodation – 150 PLN netto on a card, which can be used for grocery store payments.
• How to get to work: By public transport independently. Stops can be obtained from the project coordinator upon check-in and when going to work.
• Cost of the travel pass:
  • 140 PLN, if the candidate has a Łódź resident card.
  • 168 PLN, if the card is not available.
• The agency does not cover the cost of the travel pass.

Employee duties:

• Assembly of components such as baskets, wires, timers, buttons, seals.
• Visual quality control, applying labels, packaging finished products.

Work process description:

• Preliminary preparation and assembly of several components into a dryer/stove.
• Assembly of the components into the designated place in the stove/dryer on the production line.
• Quality check of the completed operation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.

Additional information:

• Training takes place on the first working day.
• The company has a canteen where you can buy tea, coffee, and also vending machines with sandwiches (up to 12 PLN).
• Full meal – 10 PLN, only soup – 5 PLN. You can bring your own food and heat it.
• Work clothing is provided free of charge: 2 T-shirts, trousers, gloves, sweaters, and comfortable
