| oni/one (they) | ‑ą | zbudować (to build) | oni zbudują dom | they will build a house |
✅ 1. Perfective aspect (dokonany)
If the verb describes a completed action, the future tense is formed just like the present.
You simply conjugate the verb by person.
Example: zrobić (to do / to make)
| Person | Form | Example | Translation |
|---|---|---|---|
| ja | zrobię | Jutro zrobię obiad. | Tomorrow I’ll make dinner. |
| ty | zrobisz | Zrobisz to później? | Will you do it later? |
| on/ona/ono | zrobi | On zrobi zakupy. | He’ll do the shopping. |
| my | zrobimy | My zrobimy porządek. | We’ll tidy things up. |
| wy | zrobicie | Wy zrobicie to jutro? | Will you do it tomorrow? |
| oni/one | zrobią | Oni zrobią zdjęcia. | They’ll take photos. |
2. Imperfective aspect (niedokonany)
If the verb describes a process, you use the future form of the verb być plus the infinitive.
Forms of the verb być in the future:
| Person | Form | Example | Translation |
|---|---|---|---|
| ja | będę | Będę pracować jutro. | I’ll be working tomorrow. |
| ty | będziesz | Będziesz czytać? | Will you be reading? |
| on/ona/ono | będzie | On będzie gotować. | He’ll be cooking. |
| my | będziemy | Będziemy pisać list. | We’ll be writing a letter. |
| wy | będziecie | Będziecie tańczyć? | Will you be dancing? |
| oni/one | będą | Oni będą czekać. | They’ll be waiting. |
